It is with great sadness that IBSA Judo announces the passing of Cyril PAGES.

Cyril was a major player in the remarkable successes of the Paralympic collective at the Paris 2024 games. For more than twenty-five years, he served as a permanent figure in federal technical management, making significant contributions in the CVL league and at the Orléans poles. He was an essential pillar in the construction, recognition, and performance of federal para-judo, dedicating himself to this cause with passion, conviction, and enthusiasm.

His expertise was recognized well beyond our discipline. We are losing not only a professional of great value but also a manager committed to federal corporatism. For many of us, Cyril was a comrade and partner both on and off the mat.

Our thoughts are with his loved ones, friends, and colleagues. We extend our heartfelt condolences to all who knew and cared for him.
